BeatCipher product video: “The chills”
A 48-second film we made for BeatCipher, an AI app that decodes why a song gets you.
The story
A song gets you at the same second every time, and the film's soundtrack is that song: it builds, holds its breath and drops at 1:42. Then BeatCipher decodes it, title and artist in, a report out: why it pulls you in, the exact second it lands and why, and what you can take from it.
Why it works
It lets you feel the product's subject before it explains it. The film's soundtrack is the song that gets the listener at 1:42: it builds, goes silent and drops, and only then does BeatCipher decode that same second in its real report. By the time the app explains the chills, the viewer has had them.
